The intellectual property of the Online Self and Peer Assessment tool concept used in this learning design belongs to Joe Luca, Edith Cowan University.

Non-exclusive rights are granted to the University of Wollongong to make available a web-based Online Self and Peer Assessment Tool, which can be used for free (solely for educational purposes), to facilitate the design and implementation of this learning design.
